Search, Digitization, or Purchase of Birth Certificates Across Mexico

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS INFORMATION BEFORE HIRING THE SERVICE:

The service provided by Doble Nacionalidad Express (“Company”) is intended to assist the client (“Client”) in obtaining a birth certificate from the relevant Mexican state governments. This service may include searching for and locating a record, digitizing the record and uploading it to the Mexican national birth certificate system, or purchasing a record and physically mailing it to the Client.

The Company discloses to the Client, and the Client acknowledges and understands, that this service is entirely based upon, and dependent on, Mexican government records. Some records may have been lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen, or deteriorated over time due to acts of God, administrative errors, theft, or natural aging. Consequently, some records may no longer exist, or may not be located despite reasonable efforts.

The Company further discloses to the Client, and the Client understands, that the Company hires third-party agents to perform most (but not all) of these services. These services are typically carried out in the capitals of each state, or in certain cases, in the specific municipality where the Client was originally registered.

When a record is located, the Company cannot guarantee that the Client’s information will be uploaded correctly by the Mexican government. When uploading a document to the Mexican government’s system, the Mexican government will upload the information exactly as it appears on the original record, respecting the original spelling, names, and order. The Company does not have control over how the Mexican government uploads or interprets documents. Based on experience, many Clients use different names in the United States and mistakenly believe that their Mexican records will reflect these changes. However, Mexican records maintain the information originally recorded at the time of registration.

The Company discloses to the Client, and the Client acknowledges, that some records may not be found. Records may have been destroyed, mutilated, stolen, or may be too deteriorated to allow for the issuance of certified copies. The Company has no control over these circumstances. Some Mexican states issue a proof of search or proof of non-existence; however, others do not.

The Client further understands that the fee paid for the services is non-refundable, regardless of the result of the search, digitization, or retrieval process.

Refunds:
The Company does not offer refunds if a record cannot be found, or if the located record contains mistakes or discrepancies.
In the event that a record is not found, or if the record contains errors, the Company will offer possible solutions and provide a quote for any additional services necessary to correct or amend the situation.

The Company is not responsible for covering the cost of corrections or solutions. The Client is solely responsible for any additional services or fees. The Company’s responsibility is limited solely to assisting with the search, retrieval, or digitization of existing records on behalf of the Client
