This is a time for us to get to know a little about yourself and your immigrations goals. While on the call or consultation, we will listen to your situation and quickly determine whether we can help or not. We will explain how we could help you. If we cannot help you, we can usually recommend someone who can.
Please note that we have 2 types of appointments. In person or virtually by phone call.
Consultations are held in English or Spanish.
If you would like to have some documents ready, then we recommend having:
• Your birth certificate
• Your Passport or Driver license.
• Your parents’ birth certificates.
• IDs of your parents.
• Marriage / Divorce documents.
VIRTUAL APPOINMENTS
You will receive a phone call from the number 619 484 1831.
An authorized representative of DNEXPRESS will be able to assist you by phone call.
You can ask your questions and share documents via email.
You can commence the case this way or get your questions answered before starting.
IN PERSON APPOINMENTS
Our Chula Vista, California location holds in person appointments.
We are open TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS and SATURDAYS.
We appreciate and prioritize appointments.
Walks ins are encouraged but asked for patience while we attend prior appointments.
A regular appointment takes 15-20 minutes.
A long appointment, unusual, takes 30 – 40 minutes.
Please revise the Holiday Schedule.
If unsure, we recommend calling or emailing.
In respect for our team and other interested persons, if you cannot attend, please cancel your appointment. NO economical penalties applied.
Remember, we can also help you by phone.
TIJUANA LOCATION
Our main office in Tijuana is open from Monday to Saturday.
There is always an attorney on site ready to help you with your documents.
WALKS IN are encouraged, we DON’T need appointments for this location.
Monday to Friday 8 am to 7 pm.
Saturday 8 am to 3 pm.
