Find Your Parents’ Mexican Birth Certificates with DNEXPRESS

Looking for your parents’ Mexican birth certificates can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, especially if you live abroad or don’t know exactly where to start. Many old birth records in Mexico are not digitized, meaning you need someone physically present to access them. That’s where we come in.

At DNEXPRESS, we specialize in this process for you. Our team includes trusted agents located across all states of the Mexican Republic, ready to personally visit the government offices where your relatives’ records are stored.

Our Coverage

What makes our service different is our direct presence. No matter if your parents were born in a small city, Jalisco, or a remote village in the mountains of Oaxaca, we have local agents who can go there in person. Even though we don’t offer the service in every state of the republic, we advise consulting through our WhatsApp line (+52 664 399 4463) if the search is plausible.

These agents are trained to:

  • Access the physical archives kept in state and municipal Civil Registry offices.
  • Review true copies of original birth books, some dating back decades.
  • Search page by page for your relative’s original registration entry.

This hands-on approach is essential, as many older records in Mexico are not yet available online. Our agents work directly with local registry officials to ensure every possible hint of the birth certificate is explored.

How the Process Works

Getting started is simple. All you need to do is provide us with as much detail as possible about your relative:

  • Full Mexican name (including middle names and both last names)
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth (state, city, or municipality)
  • Names of their parents

Remember: The more details you provide, the better. If you have photos, scanned documents in PDF, or their death certificate, these can significantly speed up and refine the search.

Costs and Options

  • Document search fee: $75 USD per search (non-refundable)
  • If we locate the certificate, you can choose to:
  1. Order a recent physical copy – $50 USD each
  2. Request a digital certification – starting from $75 USD each

Special note for birth certificates registered before 1940:

  • Search fee: $120 USD
  • Digitization fee: $120 USD
  • If we find the certificate, we may be able to offer a discount; both services together would cost 200 USD  instead of 240 USD.

While we cannot guarantee that every search will result in a match, providing complete and accurate information improves the chances of success.
