Additionally, we provide a total cost for the services to be rendered, which will not change unless you or your case require additional services.

They will only be handled by our legal team, paralegals, and the relevant U.S. and Mexican authorities. We do not outsource any part of the process; all work is completed in-house. To ensure the safekeeping of your documents, we use secure applications such as Google Drive and OneDrive.
LOST DOCUMENT COVERAGE
We understand the sentimental and practical importance of the original documents you entrust to us. For this reason, we offer comprehensive protection:
- If your documents are lost in transit to us: We will assist in replacing them by charging only the cost of the replacement documents, with no additional service fees.
- If your documents are lost in transit from us via regular mail: We will help you recover or replace them, charging only the cost of the replacement documents, with no additional service fees.
- If your documents are lost in transit from us via tracked and insured mail: We will recover or replace the documents at no cost to you.
In the unlikely event that your documents are damaged or mishandled while in our care, we will replace them free of charge.
