Incoming Mail

Incoming mail is picked up at 1 pm each day at our 3 mailing addresses. Monday to Saturday.

FedEx, UPS, and USPS also deliver packages to our addresses on a daily basis.
Incoming mail is then taken to our main office where it is processed. We receive heavy mail intakes every day.

Please take this in mind, even if we receive your package, it might take us 1-2 business days to process and formally notify you.

You can always call for individual mail receipt notification.

Outgoing Mail

We take our correspondence to the mail every other day, including Saturday.
We mail through USPS.
We offer free shipping in all of our services through USPS regular mail. Please note this method does not provide a tracking number NOR it insures the documents.
We also offer our TRACKING AND INSURED method which is sent through USPS PRIORITY mail service.
We take pride in supporting USPS in our business.

If you desire to receive your mail via UPS / FEDEX / or any other special carrier, you are always welcome on purchasing and sending us the prepaid label.

Lost Mail

Sometimes, incoming clients have had the bad experience of having their documents being lost in the mail before they arrive to us. It could also happen when we mail them to you.

I'm super pleased with DNE. After my free consultation to see if I was eligible, and submitting all of my documents, they took care of the whole process of helping me become a Mexican citizen in just… 3 weeks! I read a lot of articles/opinions online about how much work it could be doing the process by yourself, and I personally didn't want to deal with that as I work full-time, and didn't mind paying the fee for the service. To me, it's worth avoiding that headache going through it by myself. Also, I'm pretty sure doing it by myself would have taken potentially a LOT longer. They've been super friendly and responsive. After getting your Mexican birth certificate, you can pay $20 to have them help you setup an appointment at a consulate to get your Mexican passport. I just now requested to do this, so I will update my review once all of that has been finalized and I obtain my passport.
